From fiber selection, infiltrating agent development, fabric three-dimensional structure optimization, resin matching experiment, and molding process adjustment, the developed "glass fiber three-dimensional reinforced material overall copying laying jet molding process" has high construction efficiency, uniform resin penetration, and strong overall uniform delamination resistance, ensuring the 3.5mm gap of the middle layer and the strength requirements of the buried oil tank.
Second, optimize the outer molding process, increase the pinhole detection voltage, and improve the service life of the oil tank
The outer tank uses surface infiltrating agent to treat the glass fiber, and the anti-corrosion resin system selects the suitable unsaturated polyester according to the use requirements of the buried oil tank to meet the requirements of full penetration of the resin, and the resin content is 60.3 ~ 64.8%.
The tank body of the rotary platform can be rotated 360°, and the injection process and equipment can accurately calculate the proportion of glass fiber and resin content, ensuring that the overall resin content is controllable, and the outer wall thickness is ≥4.0mm.
In addition to the detection of pinholes, film thickness, appearance and pressure in strict accordance with the requirements of technical conditions, the pinhole detection voltage is increased to 20,000 volts to ensure the service life of the oil tank.
Third, the original monitoring interface structure, reduce the number of outer holes, reduce the hidden danger of oil tank leakage
The opening position of monitoring pipe at the top of SF double-layer oil tank is the weak link of sealing. The tank adopts the original design of detection riser structure. One outer opening is reduced, which solves the problem that the specification requires "two nozzle at the top", the outer layer of glass fiber connecting the nozzle can not guarantee the strength requirements, and the sealing treatment.
In strict accordance with the requirements of relevant national norms, to ensure the overall permeability of the gap, leakage monitoring is real and effective
The monitoring riser and detection nozzle are designed with a secondary leakage source drawn from the bottom of the tank and the top of the empowerer respectively. Its structural design advantages:
First, when the "pressure method" is used for monitoring, the gap at the bottom of the tank can be compressed by monitoring the riser, and the pressure gauge is installed on the top pipe nozzle, which can truly detect its permeability and air tightness.

Second, when the "liquid medium method" is used for monitoring, the liquid can be injected through the bottom gap of the tank, and when the liquid flows out of the top nozzle and is consistent with the volume calculated in the secondary protection space, it is considered to be filled, and its permeability can be tested at the same time.
