According to the rules of the structure and process conditions of the oil tank, the maximum oil loading height, (safe height) and the minimum storage height of each oil tank should be clearly ruled, and the oil level should be strictly controlled within the maximum oil loading height when the oil is fed. When pumping oil, it shall not be lower than the minimum storage height.

6. When opening the oil measuring hole, the operator should stand in the upper tuyair to ensure the suction of fresh air. When measuring oil, the ruler should follow the aluminum (or copper) guide groove in the oil measuring hole to avoid the conflict between the steel tape and the hole wall, the cover plate of the oil measuring hole should be tightly covered after measuring, and pay attention to whether the gasket in the cover is missing;

7. When heating the sf double-layer oil tank, the condensate valve should be opened first, and then the intake valve should be gradually opened to avoid hydraulic impact damage to the welding joint of the heating tube and the gasket back tube

8. As long as the liquid level is more than 50 cm above the heating coil, it is allowed to heat the tank;

9. The oil heating temperature should be 15 ° C lower than its flash point, because of the operation needs, it is necessary to improve the temperature is, and shall not exceed 90 ° C, to avoid the formation of sudden boiling incidents caused by water in the oil;

10.sf double-layer oil tank for dewatering work, the oil temperature is heated to 80℃, the valve is opened by small opening - large opening - small opening criteria, the operator should strictly observe the post, to avoid the outbreak of oil running incidents.
